Win10 Dual Monitor issue with Razor Mouse

Hi,

I bought a new to Razer Deathadder mouse and installed the software not long ago. When moving a window from  monitor 1 to the monitor 2 (at normal speed), the window get to the edge of monitor 1 and does not cross over. Instead, it think I want to view the window on half of monitor 1. However, the windows crosses from monitor 1 to monitor 2 if I drag the window across at fast speed. At regular speed, it does not go across.

I have asked friends using the same mouse, but they are not experiencing the issue I am. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times and searched the net for solutions, until today I came across the link below. Two years ago, someone was experiencing my same problem with a newly purchased Razor mouse. Unfortunately, the solution to the problem was not found because I have tried the recommendations given in the link (of the Razor support website) and they have not worked for me.

Has a solution to the problem been found or is my mouse part of a wrong batch?

I will appreciate your help.

Thank you.

Im having this same issue on a Viper V2 Pro mouse I recently got.

I have the bonus feature where its particularly problematic when Im just trying to move my mouse off my game screen to my secondary screen that I run discord/quest info on because I cannot get the mouse to work on the second screen at all until I shut down the initial window.  Ive looked thru the other posts on this subject and tried the suggestions in the first thread to no avail.  It seems like there was a discussion continued in DMs involving the serial number of the mouse but Im uncertain where to go for more information on a fix to this issue.

Thanks!
