Windows 10: 21H2 supported on 2020 advanced?

I recently ran into an issue on Windows 10 and contacted Microsoft support. They said that my version of Windows, 21H1, is outdated and that I should try out the latest version 21H2. They also said that it should be automatically coming through Windows Update by now and were confused why I wasn't seeing it. Is this version of Windows being held back for Razer systems specifically? Would there be any other reason I'm not seeing it in Windows Update? I don't want to manually update it and have it cause problems with my Razer hardware or software.

Windows Update is failing sometimes - you can try reset using tool from MS described here: https://pureinfotech.com/reset-windows-update-windows-10-fix-downloads-installs/ If the update still doesn't appear - you can do an inplace upgrade to the newest W10 version with software located here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
