Windows 11 and Razer Kraken Kitty BT - Low Battery Warning

I’ve had the Razer Kraken Kitty BT headset for the best part of a year and I’ve had several issues which I’ve managed to find fixes for.

Last night however I upgraded my machine to Windows 11 (from Win 10) and since then my headset constantly alerts for “low battery”.

The headset is fully charged and even does it when plugged in!

It’s infuriating as it mutes the sound while it tells you it’s low battery, which it isn’t!

Any help would be appreciated, at the moment if I can’t fix it soon I’ll be returning the product and getting something that actually works.

Did you’ve tried different charging cable? Or even to charge it from outlet (and not from PC)?

Yep it legitimately gets to 100% charge and it stays on for the normal duration when not plugged in.  It just constantly warns its low battery even when it isn’t.

It’s telling me it’s low battery right now even

Strange… maybe something is wrong with the battery. If you still have warranty, then I’d RMA it.

Plugging it into Windows 10 PC’s works fine again, I think its the driver for Win11 has an issue, I can see some others with the same problem.  Really annoying though as everytime it “warns” you it dips the sound level on the headset so you can hear the warning.  Then I get killed in games :D lol

Im still on windows 10, and am having this exact problem as well, its almost as if I wrote this inquiry myself.
The “Low battery” notification mutes all other sound every (10~) mins or less, and its at full charge and plugged in. Ive uninstalled then reinstalled razor synapse after thinking maybe that would work. How the heck to I disable the “low battery” notification, or even fix this hardware problem?
