Windows audio device graphic isolation service

I have this problem so far.
The service "Windows audio device graphic isolation" is using 10/15% of my CPU if Razer Synapse is installed.
What I have to solve? Deinstall Razer Synapse.
Windows 10 update 2H20.
What to do to fix Your software?
I have to change keypad/mouse/headset brand or it is possible to solve?
