Windows Hello and Razer Kiyo?

Greetings! I just picked up a Razer Kiyo the other day, and just out of curiosity I tried to get it set up with Windows Hello, but it says "We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello". Is this a software limitation or a hardware limitation of the Kiyo? Just curious. Thanks!

This is a hardware limitation. The Razer Kiyo was not designed to support Windows Hello.
