"Windows is searching for rzappengine.exe"

So I got the activation code and downloaded the 7.1 surround sound application and when I launched it, it closed and now my audio doesn’t work (I can’t hear and I can’t talk, It’s not my headset I tried it on my phone). When I try to open the 7.1 surround sound app it shows “Windows is searching for rzappengine.exe. To locate the file yourserlf, click Browse.” and after I wait for a few seconds it says “The item ‘rzappengine.exe’ that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly.” and there is an option that says “fix it” when I click that nothing happens. Please help me.
