Hi,

I was updating windows when I got an error and i couldnt do anything but factory reset. I lost everything. Now it says my windows isnt active. I made the system recovery image and followed the steps but i still got the same problem. I dont see why I have to buy a new product key when i should have one from when i bought the laptop. How can i get the product key so I can activate the windows. PLS help. I contacted windows and they said i had to contact razer, but my warranty is over so I can only get help from here i think?
