Windows startup - Razer Synapse 3 CRASH

My keyboard set - Razer huntsman elite is new purchase and got a defective one, and then I did a replacement with Amazon for a new keyboard set, however, the software Razer Synapse 3 problem is still here. After each time i start my windows 7 64 bit computer and then it auto load the razer synapse 3 with windows 7's UAC prompt up & pressed 'yes', i will get the Error occurs "Razer Synapse 3 has stopped working" The screenshot of error and the error log has already attached.
