Windows update has ruined my computer

I’m having trouble loading my laptop. 3 days ago, I did the latest Windows update and the next day when I logged in the device crashed multiple times. Not sure what was happening I ran a scan and as it was diagnosing the PC the battery life ran out. Now when I turn on the laptop it is in a BIOS loop and cannot get past it. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do? I cannot access safe mode for some reason...

    I can help you submit a request for a recovery image. But that wouldn't help if the laptop is unable to get past through the boot sequence. In any case, please send me a short clip detailing the issue and the serial number of the laptop so I can verify the warranty status. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
