I noticed that one other person had this issue but it was not resolved in the thread. I was playing a game and my wired controller was working fine as always then it suddenly disconnected. I tried restarting my PC and the controller would not reconnect. I tried pressing and holding the xbox button and it blinks twice but is still unresponsive. I cannot find any driver on the device manager. Super frustrating because I loved the controller over all my other ones.

This is my third Razer product that just randomly bricked itself without a warranty :/
Thought I was the only one with this problem, after 3 hours of surfing immensely I found a video of a dude explaining how to fix it. It doesn’t seem that it will work but I does, you just need to unplug the power cord directly form the back of your console and plug it again. It worked for me hopefully it works for everyone out there with the same problem. If it wasn’t 4 that I was about to buy a new one lol.
The connector connecting the usb end of the wire and controller side of the wire was loose. That was the issue for me
