I bought the Razer Black Shark v2 hyperspeed, it arrived today. But the dongle for the wireless headset is not lighting up or getting detected by the PC. I tried firm update but it can’t recognize or detect my dongle. The updated button is grey and just stuck on that page.

Just for isolation, can you test the headset on another computer to see if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
