Wireless Razer Mamba Wont connect to Synapse on Mac

Recently purchased a new Mamba wireless mouse to use on my new 13 in macbook pro. However, after I plugged the wireless receiver in it refuses to connect to synapse. The mouse itself is fully functional, but I would love it if there is a way to fix this to allow me to change the lights! Any suggestions are welcomed! thanks!

What version of Razer Synapse are you using? The Razer Mamba Wireless requires Synapse 3.0 that is only compatible with Windows OS. You can use the mouse but you can't perform any configurations like setting the keybindings, macros, etc. Should you have other concerns, feel free to send me a PM or visit our self-help options.
