Wireless Razer Man o' War Microphone Not Working

Hi, so I bought my Razer Man o' War headset around 6 or 7 months ago, and it has been great. However, the microphone suddenly stopped working. The red light that appears upon muting it does not work, but the min/max volume slider works. When I turn on audio playback, all I hear is a faint fuzz, or ambient noise. Please help, as I use this headset to talk with my friends a lot.

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tested your headset to a different USB port or to a different computer and see if the issue persists?
