Wolverine chroma v2 problem

So I got the controller a few months ago, all of a sudden, while playing, the right analog stick stopped resetting back to the middle, like a piece broke off inside or something, I do not drop my controllers, i still have a crappy Microsoft controller from years ago, looks brand new, so how does a really nice (or I thought it was) controller break after only a couple months, especially when I have not damaged it AT ALL?
