Wolverine Pro (PS5) headset mic issues

Hi guys,

 

Hoping for some help and guidance here;

 

I have just received my Razer Wolverine Pro (PS5) and run a wired headset into the 3.5mm jack. The game and general audio in the headset is perfect including chat audio however, it seems as though the mic is not picking up my voice / Comms. Have 2 headsets and both work perfectly with a general PS5 controller.

 

I have run the software / firmware update for the remote, checked all mic and audio settings, did the PC to PS5 switch on the controller but, no success.

 

How do I get this to work as needed, what is the fix here - any idea?
