Hi Everyone,
I have a Wolverine Ultimate that is about a year old that I use with my Series X. IT worked great until a few weeks ago, when I suddenly started getting repeated messages that my controller had disconnected even though it was still plugged in. It often takes several times of unplugging and re-plugging several times for it to be recognized. Unplugging and re-plugging at all the connection points (at console, at break-away point, and at controller) does not seem to help. Sometimes I can't get it to work at all, some play sessions it works without incident. Any suggestions?

Check if the issue happens while connecting the controller to another port or gaming console. Otherwise, the breakaway cable could be worn out or damaged. You may also replicate the behavior by connecting the device to a PC. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
