Wolverine Ultimate MODEL:R206-0225 not recognized by WIndows 11

I have had this for a while, I p I put it down for a little while and eventually went to go lose it to them and come to find out it's not recognized I think I had success once on Windows 11 and since it seems the cord maybe it's the cord I don't know I would love to know should I get a replacement cord is there a driver issue please help
