i replaced my Wolverine V2 Chroma with a new one. my computer is not recognizing it. stuck on update in progress. I am running windows 11. I plugged it to a windows 10 and it worked ok. I've deleted and reinstalled software....switched to all different port with same result. what am I missing.....why did my older Wolverine V2 Chroma work fine but my new one does not?
