wolverine v2 controller app

I purchase the wolverine v2 yesterday, I followed the instructions and downloaded the controller app from the Microsoft store, nonmatter what I do this app will not recognize the controller plugged into the PC. This is by far the worst gaming peripheral experience I have ever had, there is also no way to contact support directly for these issues? is this a joke or are you guys just not taking care of your customer? I’ve had your hardware for 1 day and already plan on returning it. This is the shottiest software by far…. PS4/5 controller have better third-party support than your controllers have direct support. it's a joke….
