Hello I have owned this controller for a year and a half. In the last few months the controller is having huge connectivity issues due to how the usb c cable plug in was designed. The part the connect to the controller is super loose… pretty much with any semi harsh movement the head of the cable moves and it disconnects from the controller. This has cause so many issues during tight and hard gaming moments (it dont fail to disconnect when things go crazy at a raid).
RAZER please update this issue from the controller already. The 1st version also suffered from this same exact issue. BTW I use this controller only on my pc since I do not own an xbox. Besides the connectivity issue is with the usb c cable not pc hardware or a console.

Yea im having the same problem, owned for about a year and a half as well. I love the controller but I'm starting to look at other brands because of this problem.

Hello guys!
Thank you for alerting us about this. Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If that still didn’t work, then shoot me a PM along with your controller’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds along the way.
