wolverine V2 not editting on xbox app

I had bought a Wolverine V2, I had to return the first one because of stick drift and now I just got my second one and I can’t use the Xbox app to configure the buttons. The screen just stays blank when I try to do anything

Could you please send me a PM of the picture/screenshot/video of the issue so I could take a closer look Also, please provide me the serial number of your device so I can verify here on my end. Lastly, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if the issue persists. Thanks!
