Wolverine V2 RZ06-0356 A button not working

A button doesn’t work, no longer makes the clicking sound the other face buttons do.  All other buttons working normally.  Product out of warranty, but only about 2 years old.  Does Razer repair products, even for a price?  If not, do they sell replacement parts?  If not, where can I get replacement parts?

    This exactly happened to mine last night. “A” button no longer responsive. I noticed that it no longer clicks when pressed. I wonder if the switch has gone bad. I’m in the process of opening it up to take a look. A shame, because this has been one of my favorite controllers. I purchased a wired V3 as a replacement, but the build quality isn’t comparable IMO; feels cheap, too light, no rubber grips. Not worth the price.
