Just purchased a new W V3 TE. Did not come with USB cable and I cant use because i need to update the form ware and I dont use a pc.

    There should be a USB Type A to USB Type C cable included inside the box. Where specifically did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your controller’s serial number so I can validate it and for proper documentation.
