Tried to update gamepad firmware, following instruction on XBOX Razer app. After a Update failure gamepad doesn’t turn on.

Any suggestions?

I know that there was an update for it to make it work with Synapse 4, but it's bugged and does not appear after pressing the buttons to change mode, so can't use it.

Try pressing the O, start, and X button together, or O, start and A

Hello Anbodro2010,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand you're facing issues with your Razer Wolverine V3 Pro following the latest update. To help us investigate the problem, could you please help me answer a few questions below and PM me with the controller's serial number.

  • Does the controller function in both wired and wireless modes?
  • Can you verify the firmware version through the Controller App? (Is it 1.0.3.1 or 2.0.8?)
  • Did you experience any errors during the firmware update? If so, at what percentage did it fail?
  • Are you using the original cable that came with the product?

Thank you, and I look forward to helping you resolve this issue.
