Normally I'm a big fan but the design on the cord connection is everything I dislike about other controllers. I haven't even had it that long and it's loose, wobbly, and keeps disconnecting mid-play. Sometimes just the chroma goes out and it keeps working other times chroma goes out status light stays on but it just flat out stops working, other times everything goes out and I have to unplug it and plug it back in (wire ON controller). It wiggles left to right so the socket must have a weak connection to the board? Past controllers had a fitted plug or screwed in connection, plus now you have no breakaway on the cord

Have you contacted our Support Team? If the device was purchased from a local reseller and within its warranty period, try contacting them first. If it was bought from the Razer website, you can submit a case or send me a PM so I can help you initiate a replacement request.
