Hi, sometimes for no apparent reason the mappings in the  controller are lost, rest to factory and I have to enter them again with the app. Controller has battery and there is no reason why it should loose the settings/mappings. Also sometimes when I start a game (Destiny 2 or Division 2 for example) the sound is reversed, what is behind me sounds in front and viceversa, I need to unplug the controller usb cable and connect it again to reset the audio, sometimes I have to do it more than once. The mapping problem would be nice if at least mapping could be saved in the app and restored, sometimes there are many mappings and its hard remembering them all.
