Won 100,000 Razer Silver from the 3rd Ann. but got 1$ Razer Gold

Basically, Razer sent me an email for a bonus voucher. I redeemed it like any other sane person would, and i got 0,87 Razer Gold. About a week after that i got another 0,13 Gold delivered into my account ( without any notification, but through me checking my balance). I sent 2 tickets and a reply to the email and i still havent gotten any response from them. All of those events occured on the 28th of Dec. I'd be happy to get some help or even get any razer officials on the matter. Thank you for your time and help.

    I also ran into the same problem. I also got an Email that stated I won 100,000 Razer Silver since I did participate in the Giveaways, so I tried to activate it and alas, it got an error at first. So I promptly contacted Razer Support, since 100,000 is pretty epic and could net me quite a good amount of gear with the remaining silver that I have, and they told me it was some sort of Technical error. I participated in 2 other giveaways mind you, and I only got the consolation prize of 1USD for those. With one of the codes not even working too... Eventually, they got it "fixed" and I was able to redeem the other 1USD code for one giveaway I did not win... but the supposed 100,000 Silver code that I did get from the giveaway only gave the consolation prize of 1USD Razer Gold.. I am still working on this with them so see what they would do. The Email clearly stated 100,000 Silver.. So yeah.
