Won't let me go through the return steps to get my shipping label
I recently bought and received a razer kraken headset mercury white and it was defective so I want to return it. I went to the razer return website, followed the steps, and on the last step where it says "review your return," after I click submit nothing happens. It comes up with a message that says, "We're unable to process your return at this time, but fear not, our dedicated support team is eager to assist you." I am not able to download my shipping label and return instructions. Why is this an issue and what can I do to resolve it?
