works strange my headset kraken v3 hypersense

hi i hope can understand me english not my home langue.
win10 system
I listen to music on YouTube (Chrome) and watch a movie with VLC media player and every 10 minutes the sound goes away for 10 seconds and I hear a soft clicking. There is no problem when playing a movie on Windows Media Player but stop the movie for like 3sec. I searched and found no solution.
