This giveaway requires users to claim it on Razer Cortex PC. Please click the 'DOWNLOAD NOW' button to download and install Razer Cortex, then, go to DEALS>GIVEAWAY to go to the campaign page to claim the key directly.

You also can download Razer Cortex here: https://www.razer.com/cortex.

If you want to win Razer Silver, Razer Cortex would be the best choice. We have several events for our users to win Razer Silver. You can check all of them on the "REWARDS" tab.

We also gave away game keys such as World of Warships, XBOX PC GAME PASS, etc.

Regarding this issue, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Disable the 'CUSTOM DISPLAY' in LAUNCHER > IN-GAME. If this does not help, proceed to step 2.


Step 2: Deselect 'Enable CPU Core' in GAME BOOSTER > BOOST > Specials. If this does not work, please proceed to the next step.


Step 3: Disable all FPS-related features and disable the Auto-Boost in GAME BOOSTER>BOOST



After trying all the above steps, the issue still persists, please feel free to provide us with the Cortex logs via PM for us to further investigate this issue.
