Worst experience with Blade 17 | Razer Insider

Spent 4000+ usd on razer blade 17 2022, glad the bundle included a 3 year razer care, otherwise the laptop would be abandoned long time ago. 

It was broken 2 times. 

First time it can’t be powered up, i sent it to the razer for repair and took me half a month to receive the fixed machine. 

Now comes the second time, the gpu spinned abnormally fast for no reason, and the screen got frozen. Sometimes it can’t be powered up. This time the machine is out of warranty but the razer care is not expired. i called the razer care for repair, they claim that they sent the shipping label but i didn’t receive it. I called razer care at least 5 times and every time a different agent talked to me, apparently not knowing the procedure and refused to show the evidence of sending the shipping label, asking me to wait. After a month, i turned to BBB to start a complaint, the 3rd day after, razer vip agent emailed me and sent me the shipping label immediately. I sent my laptop for repair, and now it has been about 2weeks since my laptop is delivered, the status of my case is still under repair. they make it very clear on their website that the repair takes only 3 days. I sent a message under the case 3days ago, and still got no reply. 

It has been 2 months that my laptop is broken and i have no device for daily usage. Any idea that i could receive compensation for it? i decide to start another BBB complaint. 

Definitely the worst laptop using experience i ever had, the support is bad, the machine quality is bad, and the price is way too high.
