Wrong activation CODE - dont working app - no syncronize


Hi!

 

I bought a Blackshark v2 X and a deathadder v3 today.

I connected the mouse, the windows automatically recognized, and i installed the software. The Synapse add my mouse. After this i add my headset on the website (it is still dont see in the app). After (10 mins later finally) got my activation code, and it is dont working with “THX SPATAIL AUDIO”. So i havent sound, i cant contact after 20 mins search ANY supporter (i didnt find ANY eamil address, any live chat nothing).

 

So. i have a headset with no sound, with no valid activation code, and i a little bit angry.

So, after i installed the new synapse, i will get sound, but the app still dont recognise my headset.

 

I got the activation code, (than i wrote),  the “7.1Surround Sound”  accept it, but “THX SPATIAL AUDIO” still dont accept it:

“The code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again.”

I dont understand… Why?

 

How can i solve it?

Hi PaxTheo,

The Razer BlackShark V2 X comes with a 7.1 Surround Soundactivation code but isn't supported in Razer Synapse 3. For THX Spatial Audio, you can purchase the activation code at the Razer online store. Find more details here. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. Stay safe!
