my razer hammerhead are connected to mate 10pro by using normal regular Bluetooth is fine actually.

but

when iam trying to connect via razer app it seem like.. ummm umm the exact word is.. cant find device.

how do i fix.

*can't connect via app to device.

*directly device to phone is okay.
