X2 Laptops freeze on Razer Logo at startup

Hey, I should start by saying my Razer Laptop's (Stealth 2019 & Razer Blade 15 2018) both work fine. I was just wondering if their was a fix for this. I usually just close the lid of my laptop once finished using, to put into sleep mode. When I return to use the laptop I have to press the power button to boot up again. This will start the power up process and the first thing i'll see is the Razer logo. However it usually gets stuck on the Razer logo at start up, so I have to press the power button off and then back on again. The laptop will then load up correctly. Its a small issue but if their is a small fix to stop this from happening I'd be keen to understand that. Thanks, Andy

    Just to make sure that we're on the same page, this only happens when waking the laptops from sleep, right? If so, there may be a firmware or BIOS update that could fix this. For now, please try to set it to hibernate instead and PM me the serial number of the laptops affected. I'll take it from there.
