Just bought this controller and plugged it in with the cable I was provided and my Xbox can’t seem to recognise it, neither in accessories or the razor controller setup all for Xbox. I’ve tried plugging in it in the front and in the rear, a different usb-C cable and power cycle my Xbox but nothing works

Hello there,
Download the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app on your PC or console, and you will be prompted if a newer firmware version is available. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your controller’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
