My Razer Basilisk v3 Pro stopped working earlier today. Mine is about 18months old and does not have a S/N on the bottom? What can I do?

+1What do you mean it doesn’t have s/n on the bottom? Sticker peeled off?
Serial number is also on the box (on the bottom).
The sticker peeled off. I didn’t realized it had the serial number on it when it came off. I have already thrown out the box.
