Hi,
i bought my Wolverine Ultimate Controller 1 year and 2 weeks ago and it's not working anymore.
I used it more or less 2 months ago and it was fine until today i plugged it in to my laptop and nothing. Tried to start it off using X button but yellow light appear for about a sec and dissapear with no further action.
USB plugged - checked
Power cable plugged - checked
End plug plugged in correctly - checked numerous times.
and when i want to report an issue with the controller via official support contact sheet -
Your product is no longer covered by Razer's Limited Warranty
That's not ok. I did not even stated whats the issue and i'm being pushed back. I would expect much more when i pay such coin.
Big minus for you.
