ive bought razer kraken x lite today and i am trying to activate the key that u send me on my mail but it gives an error that says ”The code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again.” what should i do?

I understand you're facing an error while trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound using your activation code. One possible reason for this issue is using the THX Spatial Audio software instead of the 7.1 Surround Sound software. To resolve this:

  1. Ensure you have the correct software by downloading it here.
  2. Follow the steps outlined in this article to properly set up the software.
