So my husband and I decided to order 2 keyboards (2 blackwidows v4 x green switches US layout) and 2 mice (1 razer naga v2 pro and 1 razer basilisk v3 35k) since our current razer keyboards and mice are pretty old (10 years +) we just wanted new ones, all went good, we have the funds required, put in our paypal address, I check my email few mintes later and it says:
“ Sorry we were not able to successfully process the payment for your order. It has been cancelled for now. Please contact our Customer Support team with your Order Number (*Removed the order number for security purposes) to resolve this issue. We apologize for this inconvenience. ”
so I followed the link, it just kept on looping around the same issue, couldn’t find any email or phone number, so I got annoyed and came here. Can anyone from Razer support tell us what exactly went wrong and how do I solve it?
