Hi, 

 

I found a way to get product codes back.

 

I entered the serial number of kraken 7.1 v2

i got this message again and again :

 

“Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code”

 

Is there anyone ?

    This is old headset, and it’s not eligible for Surround 7.1.

    It’s using Synapse 2.0 software, so any 7.1 sound configuration can be done via Synapse 2.0:
