I need help my "z" Key is Not working on my razer huntsman mini

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Have you isolated the issue by connecting the keyboard to a different USB port or computer? If you are using a desktop PC, please connect it to the rear USB port. Also, try disabling or closing Razer Synapse 3.0 and check if the behavior persists.
