Zoom crashed Razer Blade 2016

Hi, I have started online school like most of us probably. Whenever I am in class and on zoom. My laptop usually ends up crashing and I have to hard shutdown the system. This happens every time I am on a zoom meeting, I am not sure what I could do to help fix this problem so its not an issue the whole year. Thanks, Aric

Hi Aric! Was everything covered? Did you check whether if your laptop has an adequate hard drive and memory space left? Should the issue persists despite having enough hard drive and memory module allocation space, please save your files and revert the laptop's operating system to its factory state and see if it helps.
