Hello Razer Support,
I am unable to access my Razer Gold account due to an issue with the two-factor authentication (2FA). I have lost access to the authenticator app and I do not have access to the backup codes either.
I am the original owner of the account and I can verify my identity through any means necessary. Please help me disable or reset the 2FA so I can access my account again.
