Karabiner-Elements is a great macOS alternative to Razer Synapse. Along with OpenRGB (to control the lights) the two are far better and they actually work for macOS 11 or above (including macOS 14) - Intel and Apple Silicon.I have tried it with Razer Orbweaver Chroma and Tartarus Pro and they work well. You can have a large number of profiles (for different apps, games etc) and is selectable from the menubar. I currently use it for World of Warcraft and Elder Scrolls Online.Karabiner-Elements is a input device remapper and works for a very large number of devices - however in is basically created for devices with keys.
