Doesn't Synapse see the Kraken V3 Pro

Today, the Synapse software updated again, and it still doesn't recognize my headset on my computer. This problem has occurred several times over the past 3 months, and until now, I've been able to resolve it by restarting the software. I've tried restarting the computer, reinstalling the software, and moving the receiver unit to a different USB port, but unfortunately, none of it helped. The headset works with a jack cable, but the software still doesn't detect it

I have the same issue; you and I are not the only ones. Some Google searches show this has been a bug for at least a year. I just got this headset, but I am seriously considering returning it.

I have exact same problem (Kraken V3 Pro) after Windows 11 restart my pc recognize my headset anymore

I found out I found out Razer synapse turns off the dongle and doesn't reactivate it, I have USB power disabled when the computer is turned off (ErP) this helps a litte.


Please Razer fix this!!!!
