I had to create this why won't it log in?

So I had to create an account to use my keyboard function, Which is stupid in the first place. But as of this morning this is all I am getting for a shitty excuse for a error code.

"There was an unexpected Error. Please reload the page and try again."

What is the Error? no freaking clue. No option to continue as guest, just this over and over. The password is fine obviously or I wouldn't be posting here. But I shouldn't need a login just to use my keyboard regardless of what attempts at mobile devices the company wants to make.

Email blacked out obviously, but this is all I can get.

Same Problem here. Login to Razer ID and Forum via Websuite working, but Login with Synapse 3 are wrong.

I noticed the issue yesterday but it has continued through today, over 24 hours and yet no word from Razer. Very disappointed in them as a company right now. I've owned 3 different Deathadders' and never had this issue till now so, as I see it, Razer has made a decision that has come back to bite them. OFF LINE MODE!!!! This will solve all these issue.

What have You done? Because here in Germany it works not, i have test it yet.

O.K. after close and Restart Razer Synapse it works.
