Hi Leute

Hab heute eine Razer Ornata und ein Kraken Headset bekommen. Leider klappt die Installation von Synapse nicht.
Nachdem ich 6 Versuche gebraucht habe, das Programm zu installieren, so das ich die Wolke in der Taskleiste nicht nur sehe sondern auch anklicken kann, bekomm ich immer die Meldung, kein Internet. Bin normal per Ethernet drin aber auch Wlan klappt nicht. Mehrmals Synapse deinstallier und die Programm Daten aus Programme 86 und Programm Data gelöscht so wie die Treiber der Ornate. Aber es bringt ein Dreck. Sysnape kann man nicht installieren. Jemand der mir helfen kann?


Hi guys Got a Razer Ornata and an Kraken headset today. Unfortunately, the installation of Synapse does not work. After 6 attempts to install the program so that I can not only see the cloud in the taskbar but also click it, I always get the message, no internet. I'm normal via ethernet but wifi doesn't work either. Uninstall Synapse several times and delete the program data from Program 86 and Program Data as well as the drivers of the Ornate. But it brings a mess. You cannot install Sysnape. Someone who can help me?

Und ja, ich bin wirklich online, sonst könnte ich den Beitrag nicht schreiben. Windows Update geht auch. Liegt das an den Razer Servern?

And yes, I'm really online, otherwise I couldn't write the post. Windows Update works too. Is that because of the Razer servers?

Update. Synapse ist endlich installiert. Erkennt aber die Tastatur und das Headset nicht.
Ach das ist ärgerlich. Ich glaub, morgen wird es umgetauscht und ich kauf mir Corsair wenn das nicht funktioniert.


Update. Synapse is finally installed. But does not recognize the keyboard and the headset. Oh that's annoying. I think tomorrow it will be exchanged and I'll buy Corsair if that doesn't work.

Looks like you're installing Synapse 2. That might work fine but the Ornata can use Synapse 3 so you might have better luck with that.

Have exactly the same problem. My octopus is recognized, my Ornata keyboard is not. Synapse 2 cannot be installed at all, apparently servers have failed at Razer again. Synapse 3 goes as I said the octopus but not the keyboard.

Ok, was ich feststellen konnte, die Ornata ist nur bis Synapse 2 kompatibel. Warum nicht weiter? Hat Razer Angst das aus den grünen Lampen plötzlich dunkle werden?

Ok, what I could find, the Ornata is only compatible up to Synapse 2. Why not continue? Is Razer afraid that the green lights suddenly become dark?
