Issues with connecting Keyboard with Synapse

Hey guys,

as you can see in the heading I've got some issues with connecting my new Razer Blackwidow Elite to Razer Synapse.
My problem with Synapse 3 is, that I can't open it on my Win 10 Computer. I tried deinstalling many times, but the software won't open.
Because of this I downloaded Razer Synapse 2.0. This software can be opened, but it doesn't detects my Keyboard. I can only see the overlay with "warranty", "Razer Store" and "show compatible devices".

Hope some of you can help me with this issues

Everyone has been having issues with synapse 3 since the new update. some people have gotten it to work by going to apps and features, modifying the synpase 3 app and then clicking repair/restarting computer. It didnt work for me and i've settled with just waiting till the next update. Let me know if you get synapse 3 to open though.
