I have two charging docks and two Razer Basilisk mice, but can only control one in Synapse. Is this by design?
If so, anyone from Razer know if this will change?

It's by design.
I think it won't be possible to fix it with software, as both mouses using the same PID_VID combination, so Synapse won't know which is which.
