My opinion on this $180 Razor Nari Ultimate I purchased

I have not been happy with this headset from day one, November 2023. But now they don’t even power on. I have had better head sets for under $40. I do not even consider it worth all the hoops they want me to jump thru for the warranty claim. I spent a half weeks pay in hopes of using them to enjoy my gaming more, not to become a tech spending hours of MY free time trying to make these work. I have a custom built water cooled ASUS system hanging on the wall, and they make quality products. I should have stayed true and bought an ASUS head set. This mistake will never be made again I can tell you.

Very disappointed, Dongle stopped working & then I found out you don’t offer replacement Dongles 😖. 5 Months later I’m still looking for a solution with no assistance from the supplier. I have The Nari Ultimate  Headphones & Razor Viper mouse, but after this experience will never buy a Razor product ever again. Furthermore, I intend to share this lack of care in my community. Very upset you don’t offer replacement dongles, So many of your customers have the same issue, yet you provide no solution.
